AORA, The Australian Organics Recycling Association contributes to raising the awareness of the benefits of recycling organic resources.
As a member of AORA, Biomix confirms its commitment to helping safeguard the environment; offering valuable solutions for the recovery of organics resources and for best practice organic farming.
Biomix works closely with the community, receiving waste products from a variety of homes and businesses both from the local area and greater Melbourne, and assisting local agricultural and horticultural sectors in improving soil health and farm productivity.

Caring For Our Local Environment
Biomix takes a great deal of care in ensuring any potentially negative impacts on the community are kept to a minimum. Strict monitoring programs aim to identify any potential effects on Biomix’s neighbours as well as the wider population before they become a concern.
At Biomix, we believe that communication and interaction with the community are imperative as it ensures any concerns or issues can be raised and appropriately addressed. Biomix continues to engage in discussions with local community members and encourages all those who are interested in the composting process or wanting to know more about the operations at the Stanhope facility to contact us.
Participating In Sustainability Education
Biomix works with The City of Bendigo to build the understanding of how everyone can contribute to a more sustainable community by using organic composts. A grant from Sustainability Victoria enables Biomix to conduct a school visits program.
Contributing To Community Life
